Light dark matter: A common solution to the lithium and problems

Currently, the standard cosmological model faces some tensions and discrepancies between observations at early late time. One of them concerns well-known H0-tension problem, i.e., a ∼4.4σ-difference early-time estimate late-time measurements Hubble constant, H0. Another puzzling question rests in lithium abundance, where again local differ from one predicted by Big Bang Nucleosynthesis (BBN). In this work, we show that mechanism light dark matter production might hold answer for these questions. If particles are sufficiently fraction were produced non-thermally association with photons, has precisely what is needed to destroy Lithium without spoiling other BBN predictions. Besides, it produces enough radiation leads larger H0 value, reconciling expansion rate leaving sizable spectral distortions Cosmic Microwave Background spectrum.
